I spoke with a neighbor today who was complaining about his treatment at Dr.Gross's office. His story
was the same as mine. Dr Gross is a fine Dentist, both of us have been going to him for a number of years.
It's his staff; not only are they grossly incompetent obnoxious, rude, and crude; they don't care that they are.
What went well

- Appointment wasn't rushed
- Trusted the provider's decisions

Dr. Gross is the worst Dentist I have ever had. I went to him to have a crown replaced and my gums did not stop bleeding for over a year. I had to have gum surgery and I was on antibiotics for several weeks. I had to have all the teeth he worked on removed.
