It is very poor when your dentist looks at your mouth like a gold mine. I went for toothache when chewing on crunchy food, the dentist did not care to find out which part of the tooth is creating the problem but he did filling anyway. After the anesthesia resolved I continued to have the same problem. I went back and he wanted to do a root canal and a crown on unrelated tooth, and I declined. Also, he wanted to change all my old fillings only because I am a good payer and my insurance pays well. I declined and I told him that his work on the 1st tooth did not resolve the problem. He looked harder for the problem, he found it and fixed it and while I was under the anesthesia he was passing his drill on nearby teeth to hopefully create future problems for me and more work for him to fix later and make more money. During my last visit he surprised me by informing me that I owe $97.20. He stated my insurance did not pay for the 1st visit and he gave me very lousy reasons. I got a copy of my account details, and I did not see the payment I made during said visit for $97.20 and when I asked about it, they said I did not pay lt because they do not have a record for it and after I produced a credit card proof they said it was a mistake, but you still owe it because your insurance did not pay their part. Well, I called the insurance, I got them on the phone, I conferenced them in, they informed the dentist that he was paid in full, they went with the dental office over the payment details, and the insurance informed the dentist office that my copy was $97.20 which I paid with credit card and I had a proof. My advise to you is to look for another dental office where they have the minimum ethics and who do not look at your mouth like a gold mine. They play every trick in the book to rip you off and generate more work for themselves. They do not care about your health. That was a scam

Dr Holsen has alot of experience in the dental field, he is always learning about the latest procedures. He has alot of compassion in the care of his patients. Love him, his wife Mary who is very professional and caring. His staff Laura, Carolyn (Burgie}, Carolyn are very dedicated and their work environment is a family atmosphere. Their lab work very hard and have helped me with repairs. Cheryl and her assistant are very well organized.
