Very Satisfied
It was easy to get an appointment, and I was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment. My dental problem was resolved efficiently at that one office visit. The office staff were friendly and warm and the technicians were amazing.

Our family never really saw Dr. Gray (or heard him speak much). The wrong color veneers were ordered (bad color); and, not checked before the procedure. However, days later, the office rectified the problem. (Interestingly enough, not long after, our CIGNA insurance was no longer in their network.)

Six crowns - two of them broke first few days, the bridge was adjusted to the crowns which were placed BEFORE, not AFTER the bridge as they tried to convince me, totally crooked, one crown was broken, implanted the post, now it hurts, and he keeps sending me to other doctors. Totally unreliable and no working ethics.

Do not visit this office. Most disrespectful and irresponsible staff. They gave me an appointment wrote in an appointment card and when I went (after taking time off work which for me is very difficult) the said they could not take care of me that day and I had to return another day. I showed them the appointment card the gave me and they totally didn't care at all. Will never go back to this office.
