What a nightmare! I spent almost a month of my time waiting on the dentist to get back from vacation, taking my 4 year old to a pre-op appt, navigating through the insurances as the teens they have running the front office are all uninformed and do not know the dental insurance process. All to have my son’s surgery cancelled due to their negligence! This facility is ran by children, I am completely unimpressed with the professionalism! Mr. Perez flat out told me that the “hospital is the enemy, they are against us” I’ve never heard a doctor use those words before! I was happy to hear the “20 years of experience” Spiel but after witnessing their inability to do the basics and now reading reviews of needing baby teeth pulled and them not needing to be pulled makes me believe this was a blessing in disguise. Parents steel clear of this place, the facility looks abandoned, poor care, NEVER AGAIN!

after making a honest review i got a call from them stating that my review makes me look like a bad mother. save yourselves & don’t go here. still has no reason for pulling my sons teeth.
