As a nurse with dental phobia, I was beyond thrilled by the recommendation of a dear friend to go to Dr. Dordevic (Dr. D) at Coconut Point Dental Care. I had an emergency root canal (not my first rodeo), and he got me in immediately. I have had a number of dentists over the years, and he is absolutely amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, gentle and super efficient. His staff there are all so supportive and welcoming. They took my insurance so I only had to pay the balance, which was reasonable given my experience. Highly recommend!!! They really cater to their patients.

My appointment was at 9 am. I received at least ten appointment reminders. I arrived at 850am and waited until 920am to be seen. After my teeth were cleaned, I saw the Dentist for about 30 seconds. The Dentist and the Hygienist were busy. I paid my bill but was overcharged for ex-rays that my insurance company said were covered under my policy. I am still waiting for a credit. I like the Dentist and the Hygienist, so maybe they are just understaffed. I will return in the fall for my next appointment.
