my daughter has been going here for 12 years. She loves the dentist and everyone there. They have always been nice and helpful.

The Dr is nice enough. However my son was taken back without me, which i didnt like but accepted. I was told if he became upset they would come get me. I guess crying isnt considered upset as i was not called back. Then I was told at his subsequent apointments he would need sedation and a papoose restraint blanket & I would not be allowed in the back. I told her I would gladly stay out of her way but I wanted to be present if my son was medicated. She esentially told me to go elsewhere- which i

My son has been going to Dr. Swearingen's office for almost 10 years. I would not choose to go anywhere else. He is comfortable there and the staff is very friendly. He had his braces done there and his teeth are gorgeous! I highly recommend this practice.

I took my children for their routine cleaning and check ups. It was supposed to be 100% covered for their exams and cleanings. Come to find out they did additional X-rays without communicating to me that they weren't fully covered. So I paid $100 for X-rays I didn't want done with my children. They did a poor job of verifying my benefits and communicating to me that I would indeed owe money. they refuse to work with me and fix this. Instead are making me pay for everything.

We had an initial consultation with the Dr. which went smooth. We scheduled another appt. to have work done on my daughter's teeth. I called the office the day before the appointment in order to ask questions and address concerns I had with the treatment plan. The doctor was extremely rude and ended up telling me to do what I wanted and hung up on me. I am blown away by her lack of professionalism and the fact that she thought it was okay to hang up on me. I will not return to this Dr. ever.
