Couldn’t get past the rude ladies at the front. I have been going to this office for 15 years before Dr Jacks. Everything use to be fine. I needed my teeth cleaned , I called for an appt , I told the ladies I could not have X-rays because my doctor said I have had too many this year. They refused to make appt for me unless I provided medical records. Thus is rediculad. Are they that hard up for money ?? Sure seems like it. How about not being rude on the phone , that may get you some more money

I absolutely love going to the dentist here....the staff is all so wonderful....I highly recommend Dr Jack
