Dr. Rafael Mercado, DDS

Dr. Mercado is super sweet. He has been our family doctor for years and just recently I had dental problems and by far has been amazing so I just want to thank the staff and him especially for just doing a great job.

He apparently loves to administer pain. He will give you a shot before drilling which does no good. He will administer multiple shots until the tooth is finally deadened. He removed a tooth and did an implant. But the post is not centered and is at an angle. It may have to be removed. Very expensive and painful. His hygienist is nice but spends very little time cleaning your teeth compared to previous dental hygienists and my current. His office staff didn't' cooperate with my insurance company so I was unable to use benefits though the insurance company said the work was coverable, just needed the dental office to provide narrative of work claim.

So happy we found Dr. Mercado! He has been absolutely amazing! I would definitely recommend him.

I found Dr Mercado by accident...a crown had fallen out and I popped in to see if someone could stick it back in......From gum problems to construction and installation of permanent implants....I’ve been with him ever since because he is that good. Office and staff are excellent...especially Simone. Everybody wins on this deal??

I’ve been wanting braces my whole life. Other dentist offices would want to “fix” other things that were not any steps closer to getting them. Once I came to Dr. Mercado’s office, I had my braces on at my second appointment. The staff was very friendly, gentle, and quick.

He has been my parents dentist for years and I am now going with him.

Dr. Mercado is so nice and all the staff is very friendly. He is a very nice Dr and would definitely recommend him to everybody!! He treats you well and with lots of respect. And most important thing about him he cares about your needs no matter what the situation is.

I have always been satisfied with his work and has great staff. Always listens to needs and never feels rushed. I’m always able to ask questions and he always has an answer or will look it up before he tells me what it is I want to know. Thanks dr mercado and staff.
