It was my first time in the office. I arrived early to fill out paper work and could hear people talking in the background, but no one came to greet me for at least 5 minutes. Bottom line is Mercedes the hygienist tried to make me sign informed consents for “future” root canal/restorative surgery when I was there for a teeth cleaning and when I expressed I was uncomfortable signing this she told me to leave if I wouldn’t sign it and that I could not have my teeth cleaned there.
