This was the WORST dental experience I have ever had in 35 years. Dr. Rowan uses outdated technology that cut my gums and the inside of my bottom lip causing me to bleed. During the attempted cleaning, he didn't listen to me when I said he was hurting me. When I showed him where he had cut me, he had the nerve to blame it on me "moving around." I wasn't moving. I was completely still to try to keep from crying. He made no attempt to apologize or make amends. He was condescending and rude also.

My experience with Dr. Rowan couldn't be better. I previously was seeing another periodontal Dr. for my dental care.. When I finally was able to get Dental Insurance that provider did not accept it. I found Dr. Rowan in the list of providers accepting my insurance. He not only cared for my gum problems, but cleaned my teeth as well. He does an excellent job. I highly recommend him.
