So bad he's laughable!
My experience was exact same as others have mentioned. He spoke to me for less than 10 seconds, ignored the one question I asked, and almost broke into a run to get back to his laptop and his waiting snack cake.In addition I told him I just had neck surgery, which he also ignored as he yanked my head to the side to look in my mouth. I almost got up an left right then! Avoid at all costs, worst dentist I've ever seen!

3 root canals no problems!
Kind staff, resolved all my tooth problems with no issues in the future.

Should Suspend his license
He failed to catch our issues or too lazy to look at our X-rays. After we left him we’ve had to had crowns, root canals, extractions! Unreal!!

nope likes his computer more than his customers. Has to go running to corner of office after he does what ever with a paying customer. Never seen him go running that fast for a customer as he does his laptop, lol.

I would give ZERO stars if possible. Will NEVER recommend. Wanted me to accept crooked wax impressions even though the teeth were clearly crooked! I said they needed to be corrected before I would agree to the final dentures being made. 2 days later, HE called to tell me he Won't be making my dentures! He just wants the $$ from Medicaid. I reported him to Medicaid.

Wouldn't recommend this dentist went back three times for a root canal and the pain kept gettwag worse it got really infected. Come to find out he left 2 whole canals and he didn't even know apparently. He just kept saying I needed more medicine in it. My mouth was so sore I couldn't even close my mouth

Never actually got past the receptionist. I called to get my 4 kids in. One child was supposed to have an appt and they forgot to put him in the computer. Receptionist was extremely rude and blamed me for her fault. This was after. She told me if I wasn't there they wouldn't see us again. She was also concerned that I would be pulling my kids out of school for their appts. They didn't have any appts for 2 months. I was referred to them by our old dentist, I will not be referring Jones office.
