Very unprofessional and smug! Left practice with no warning to patients midstream during their treatment. The orthodontists that had to take his patients as well as their own were wonderful. Still doesn’t change Dr. Shaw’s extremely unprofessional actions and smug attitude.

Dr. Shaw and his staff are terrific. They are very friendly, willing to explain everything, very prompt with appointments. Everyone I have encountered so far have been warm and pleasant. They all seem like they enjoy their jobs.

Dr. Shaw and his entire staff are always nothing but professional and are always super friendly. My son had his braces for only 13 months (they were supposed to be on for 19 months) and they look awesome! Great support and always on time or taken before hand. I don't think I've ever had to wait for my appointment!

We had a problem with the babysitter and they worked with us to get my daughter in late. They have been great this whole time, making us feel comfortable and explaining everything. They had the imaging equipment to make a more comprehensive treatment plan. I had gotten several opinions before we decided on Dr. Shaw and he was the only one with this technology.
