I recently had an unfortunate experience at this dental practice where I found the reception staff to be extremely rude and unprofessional. Throughout my interactions with them, I encountered a number of issues that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.
One major problem I faced was the incorrect estimates provided for the services I required. Initially, I was given an estimate and informed that the necessary pre-authorization had been obtained. However, to my surprise, the staff later informed me this was not correct. This inconsistency not only wasted my time but also raised doubts about the competence and attention to detail of the reception staff. They even scheduled an appointment on a day the office was closed (July 3rd)!
The receptionists' rude and unprofessional behavior only added to my dissatisfaction. They consistently displayed a lack of courtesy and respect.
