I was referred to Paul Ortiz by other professional. At my arrival, I was informed by Dr. Ortiz that I need a special 3-D x-ray. They told me I have to pay cash now, however, after claim will be submitted to my insurance company, I will be 100% reimbursed by my insurance company. The 3-D x-ray cost $350.00, they told me. I had to get a root canal which is always unpleasant. The dentist always has a difficult time getting me numb but Dr. Ortiz was able to make this procedure no more unpleasant than a normal filling. He and his staff were very pleasant and I feel confident that his work is top notch. I had a root canal in the past from a different provider and you can't even compare the experience, I'm still a little shocked that a root canal of all things turned out to be a good experience!?!?!
