My 7 year old had to have a few teeth extracted due to crowding. During the 3rd extraction, my daughter started to scream and screech in pain. After pulling the tooth out, Dr Otte tossed his gloves down, threw his hands in the air and very loudly shouted “I can’t handle this crap...take her to an oral surgeon next time!!!” and left the room with my crying daughter sitting there, me in shock and the poor nurse left to pick up the pieces. Traumatizing myself and especially my daughter.
