Had a sore tooth, they fit me in, xrays and found it was loose and causing some slight pain, now I know what is going on I know what to do. They fit me in asap and listen to me and is helping me get the problem fixed.

Nobody likes going to the dentist, but Dr. Pate, and his staff make something that is inherently an unpleasant experience as pleasant as possible. They are professionals, and are the best at what they do.

Dr. Pate explains everything that he will do and what you will experience. I am over 65 yrs. old, so my past dental experiences were very painful. Dr. Pate takes time to ensure you absolutely will have no pain. He certainly lives up to the office's name.

Staff is very friendly and professional!! Dr Pate tells you everything he’s doing and what the best treatment plan will be. Give the patient options that are best affordable for their budget.

I really liked the fact that Dr Pate explained all the options needed to take care of my problem, then explained each and every step of the option I decided on. I have a hard time with needles, but he was very gentle and I didn't feel a thing! I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is afraid of Dentists as I was.

I haven't been to the Dentist since I was in my late teens... My wisdom tooth had some decay in it ( I have all four, and all grew in straight for the most part...well minus one now.) Doc Ray was just like the name implied, gentle... the staff is so helpful its unbelievable ... At the time I'm typing this has been 9 hours since my extraction, and at the moment I'm doing great. My tooth remind me of corn candy, and it came out so easy, while Doc, filled the molar in front of it... We thought it was gonna crack and crumble apart but it held up for the most part. I'll have to admit , with the grinding on my molar I felt like a horse getting his teeth filed... but I came out great, but just had a few concerns later on about clotting, and got to bugging Doc when I shouldn't have. That's on me. I'm glad he gets that this is my first extraction and really its my fault for not keeping up a steady cleaning for all these years. Thanks Doc Ray for your patience, and to the staff, as well. .

My third visit to Dr. Pate. He performed SIX EXTRACTIONS! He explained what he was going to do, why he was going to do it, what would happen if he didn't, and how I'd feel for the next few days! The extractions went well and I was given 2 prescriptions and I took 1 of each immediately as prescribed. I woke up today, about 12-14 ours after taking the meds with, what I would say, a minor discomfort, NOT pain, just discomfort, more like an irritation. Considering 6 pieces of ME were removed from ME, Dr. Pate KNOWS what he's doing! I've had extractions before in Conn for a LOT more money and a lot of PAIN afterwards. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Pate for any/all of your dental needs. His office staff (as well as Dr Pate!) is friendly, courteous, yet knowledgeable and professional.

Excellent service was provided in every aspect of my dental visit. Staff was super courteous and made me feel like one of the family. The providers are very educated and up to date on the latest dental practices. Would definitely recommend this practice!
