Dr. Raymond Vicente, DMD

I called Dr Vicente to evaluate my mother-in-laws teeth. Dr Vicente's staff set everything up and treated her with the utmost respect and kindness. This was evident in all of our visits to his office. They were completely professional and so friendly. Dr Vicente himself was very kind and explained the procedure she would need when he would remove three of her teeth because they couldn't be saved. His state of the art equipment and procedures have made her into a new person. Highly recommended.

I have not written many reviews but i need to let people know where to find a great dentist.Dr.Raymond Vicente is a kind,compassionate and great person.His work is outstanding and i would recommend him to family,friends and everyone.His staff is made up of knowledgeable and friendly people.Go see him @northside family dentistry and i promise you won't want to go any place else.

I was quoted $270 for a procedure which I paid for at the time of the procedure. I received a bill later for $260 and was told that I should have known it was just an estimate and that $530 was the actual cost of the procedure. I may pay this but you will lose my future business and the business of everyone I can tell about these deceptive practices. Sad to see this from a MUSC alum.

As soon as I walked in the receptionist called me by name even though it was my first visit. The paperwork was easy to fill out and I was called in under 5 minutes. The hygienist did an exceptional job on cleaning my teeth and made me feel welcome and comfortable. When Dr. Vicente entered the room I was greeted by name once again and he shook my hand. He was very charming and handsome. The whole office looked and felt clean especially the bathrooms which is a huge pet peeve of mine. LOVE LOVED
