Outstanding Dentist but very poor insurance
No pain and I have been to many dentists after a bad experience. Unbelievably comfortable during and after local wore off. Could hardly tell anything was done! Dr. Mirza has skill level higher than any other dentist I have gone to. However, the staff turnover rate is extreme, the dental assistant only sprays water, she does not help with anything and is quite meek. He has to get all of his tools and does everything himself. The male front desk person is arrogant, the secretary does not know what she is doing since there is no one to train her. And if you mention insurance, the wife comes out and rants and raves causing a lot of unnecessary tension in the office. They have no hygienist at all. They need a lot of staff, hygienists, assistants, office manager, billing manager, insurance experts and calm environment. Music could be helpful but I did not hear any. They do give away free books and free water. The office is clean, but why cant they keep help?
