It was great experience my 2 boys got their teeth straight but when my son retainer broke, i did not Know we need to pay for the new retainer and it cost $250.00 wow, so we need to just return it, they did not let me know i need to pay for that and it is not covered from the insurance, kinda disappointed. Well thinking not to go for my 3rd child, He will be needing braces to in the coming year.
