Horrible!!! The Dr. refused to do a regular cleaning on my 17 year old son that has been getting his cleanings and check ups every 6 months with no problems. He “recommended” a deep cleaning because he said my son had gum disease and to be checked in 3 months. When I declined his recommendation he said the regular cleanings they do in his office could be done at home. So why have I have been coming to his office for more than 15 years if I could have done it at home!!!!

Everyone in this office is friendly and attentive. The dentist, periodontist, and hygienists do thorough professional work. They explain everything so you know exactly what is being done. Seeing the dentist, its a little factory-ish but it’s fine. The only issue I have encountered a couple of times is you make an appointment for a time and when you show up, the appointment was for a different time.???????They switch your time to accommodate patients and office schedule but don’t let you know (occasionally) When I make an appoint., I always immediately add it to my calendar and speak it out loud as I do, to confirm with the scheduler. Then 1 of 3 things happen, my confirmation call or text matches or it says a time 30 to 60 min before/after OR if I don’t get a confirmation call, when I show up, and I’m sitting in the waiting room for a while when I inquire, they tell me my appoint.
