Dr. Richard Cassaro, DDS

I had a very disappointing experience at this practice. The staff here is extremely rude, insensitive, and completely detached from humanity. Richard Cassaro seems to prioritize money over patient care, which is disheartening. From the moment I called, his receptionist's cold demeanor gave me a bad impression. She was incredibly rude, lacking any empathy or warmth. It became clear to me that neither Dr. Cassaro nor his front desk staff are genuine in their approach to patient care. I would not recommend this practice to anyone seeking compassionate and attentive service.

I was recommended to Dr Cassaro by my prior dentist as I had a situation that they felt their office could not properly address. I believe it was not just a coincidence that my endodontist, that I have come to have great confidence in recommended Dr Cassaro as well. I was amazed as I had encountered specialists that did not accept insurance, but he did accept mine. I had a situation where it was expected that I might need an implant, but besides that for decades I had a tooth adjacent to that one that was discolored and severely out of alignment, making my smile our of sorts. Dr Cassaro came up with a plan of treatment, where an implant was not necessary, that involved 3 crowns properly shaped and placed, that not only corrected the structural issue of original concern, but the aesthetic issue as well. My smile now is near perfect, something I never expected at my 70 years of age. He did an absolute super job, using ideas not ever before recommended. I would recommend Dr Cassaro .

I have been using Park dental and Dr. Cassaro for 20 years. The office is clean. The staff is friendly. Most of all I had quality dental work. I highly reccommend them. In the past I had a dentist whose work was terrible and Dr. Cassaro did corrections and replaced the shoddy work. I am thrilled with the work done.

I usually do not write reviews, but I feel truly compelled to write one because Park Dental is a great dental office. From the first time you walk into the office you are greeted with a smile from the ladies behind the desk . Dr Cassaro patiently answers all questions you may have and never makes you feel that you are taking up too much of his time. He is a very proficient and detail oriented dentist, I trust him completely providing any dental care to me and my family members.
