Unfriendly. As a retired nurse this Dentist never discussed his findings. He said his assistant would be in to talk to me. After waiting 1.5 hours his assistant refused to tell me whats needed because I couldn't wait any longer. Upon calling a few days later, she refused to give me any information because I didn't stay. Dentist overbooks so many patients that you wait there forever, and when it's your turn, you get 5 minutes. And don't even get told what's wrong. I have never experienced this in my life. All I wanted was a teeth cleaning which I never got.. They wanted me to spend a fortune for CT scan I didn't feel I needed. I was told I have an infection and I don't even have pain or bleeding. Nor was any treatment given for the infection. What kind of dentist leaves you hanging with an infection with no treatment? Avoid this dentist!

The staff don't treat people with decency and respect. They are only after making money. I was at your office 6 months ago for dental cleaning. Talked to Nate and they agreed to make an appointment in 6 months for a regular cleaning based on my history and the hygienist recommendation. Today I went to the office for my regular dental cleaning and they refused service because they wanted to force me to do a periodontal cleaning that I had to pay myself. They did not honor the appointment and basically kicked me out of their office. what kind of customer service is this? No decency, no honesty, no care. It is shameful to see that nothing but money is the only thing that matters to this office even if you don't need the service they are forcing on you
