Dr. Richard Gonsman, DMD

I had a dentist appt scheduled for July 12th. The Dr was going to call me if he could get me in sooner. He called on June 5th and I missed his call. He did NOT leave a message. The same day (1 hour later) I returned his call and left a message that I was returning his call. 2 days later I received a letter in the mail informing me that my July appt was canceled and I needed to find a new dentist since I did not answer his call! I had just switch to this dentist because my insurance changed. If your looking for a new dentist, I would suggest not calling this one!

Dr. Gonsman provides explanations for everything he does while he’s working on you. He helped me understand how to better care for my teeth. He’s also extremely welcoming and kind.

THIS DOCTOR IS VERY NICE AND MAKES YOU NOT MIND GOING TO THE DENTIST. HE MAKES SURE YOU DO NOT FEEL ANY PAIN THE WHOLE TIME. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Be very wary of visiting Dr. Gonsman. He left piece of tooth during an extraction in my 87 year old mother, which then had to be removed by an oral surgeon. When she spoke to Dr. Gonsman about this he told her he was rushing and just wanted to get the tooth out because he thought she was going to have a heart attack. However, he never called an ambulance, never advised her or her son, who was waiting. She was never alerted that she had a piece of tooth left behind, and hung up on her. Don't go.
