Dr. Richard Levy, DDS

Dr. Levy is a very sensitive and helpful dentist. He help you to relax and tell you stop by step was he is doing to you. I had seen it him in three different occasions and I love him.

Only spoke on the phone. I have never had a Doctor be so aggressive, I have never had a Doctor say to me over and over “That’s not my problem”. Rude, disrespectful and not willing to help. Avoid at all costs. If I could give no stars I would.

My 77 yr old mom went in for a root canal. I explained to the receptionist that her English was limited so Dr. Levy called me before he began working on her tooth AND after he was done to fill me in on what he had done. I was so pleased and impressed with that level of attention. My mom reported back that he was wonderful! Gentle, caring and took his time not to mention they ended communicating just fine!!

I took my daughter (15 yo) to Richard Levy yesterday for an Emergency root canal. My daughter was in so much pain her face was swollen. I tried to explain the situation while trying to show him the referral was an emergency and she's in a lot of pain. He repeatedly said well I'm not doing any work she can come back when she has the time. He was very abrupt, mean, and unprofessional. On, my way out in tears watching my daughter begin to cry. I could hear him making a comment about "these people".

Super underwhelmed by this Dr who seemed cranky & mostly irritated to be there. Was hard to communicate with and didn’t answer questions fully. The assistant was oblivious. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Dr. Levy agreed to see me late on a Friday, after I cracked my tooth biting down on something hard in a restaurant. My dentist did not wish to proceed as he suspected the crack might be deep. Dr. Levy immediately embarked on emergency surgery to save the tooth. He improved a dreadfully uncomfortable situation, instructing me throughout, and ultimately saved my tooth. Thank you, Dr. Levy! I highly recommend Dr. Levy to anyone who values professionalism and perfectionism.
