I have been with this facility for over 13 years. The routine cleaning went from detailed (40-45 min) to casual (15-20 min) care. My teeth used to feel very fresh and clean after the visit but not anymore. Dr. Mann spends as little as two minutes with his routine-cleaning patients. He jokes in answering patient's questions instead of providing educational information to help the patient prevent teeth problems. After experiencing this for over 3 years, I finally decided to leave this facility.

I suffered with an infection days after he put a crown on. I needed emergency root canal and then more decay was found under the crown. He wrote me that if I sent him the name of the endodentist and the photos he would refund my money immediately. I need a new crown now, but he will not refund my insurance company. He reneged on his word, has cost me pain and time from work! I have been trying to work this out with him for weeks before going public! I have never given a bad review in my life!
