Dr. Richard Michney, DDS

I have been a patient here for well over 20 years. I know the Doctor, the staff and I enjoy visits there. I have taken my now 18 year old granddaughter to him all her life. Great Doctor. Patient and understanding.

I have known Dr. Michney and his staff for 20+ years. He is an excellent Dentist, very knowledgeable. VERY kind and considerate. One of the best decisions I ever made in choosing a dentist. He was referred by a friend of mine and I believe it's the referrals that give him his excellent practice.

Dr. Michney and the staff are nice and accommodating, but preformed procedures that I was told were covered only to receive a bill from them later. When questioned I was told the per-approval is not a guarantee of payment. It was understood prior to the cleaning and sealant procedure that I did not want them if they were not covered and that's why she said they were covered and that she had the pre approval. I'm don't like surprises that negatively effect my finances so I will not be returning
