They do not stand behind their work. Improperly seated a crown (crooked), said the glue would be enough to hold it in place. Crown failed (multiple cracks) and caused failure of adjacent teeth. Refused to refund insurance portion which means I have no insurance money left to repair Dr Rhodes' work. Please avoid this dentist. The practice was given to him as a graduation gift and he took over from a competent dentist and ruined the reputation she built for this office. Office staff told me I'm on my own

Outstanding care and service. They went out of their way to squeeze me in for a checkup and were, as always, pleasant, courteous and attentive. One of the best Dentists I've had!

My family and I have been going to the Smiles by the Lakes practice since 2007 and we couldn’t be more pleased! From reception to our hygienist to our dentist, you can’t beat the level of quality service they give! The best! My family highly recommends Dr. Rhoads & staff!
