This review has little to do with the dentist as I didn't get an opportunity to come into the office. This has to do with the front desk assistant who treated me very rudely and hung up the phone on me when I asked to cancel my appointment due to complications on their end. As a new patient I would hope to receive better customer service and unfortunately I'm taken aback by the demeanor of the front desk assistant.
