The experience was fantastic and top rated.Very professional and the staff was very helpful and showed excellent care.The whole staff including Dr.Harris made this a wonderful experience!!!

Made an appointment for a broken tooth. Dr. Harris' staff quickly made an appointment based on my work schedule. They were all very friendly and professional from the front office to the chair side assistant. Dr. Harris was also extremely friendly, down to earth and professional. He removed the tooth without pain or issues. Treated me like a friend. I asked about a possible implant later on. He gave me some options with any pressure. Later, that evening he phoned to check on me at 7:00pm. He gave me his personal cell phone number and instructed me to call him at any hour of the day or night if I experienced any problem. I would highly recommend Dr. Harris and his fine staff.

Dr. Harris is a breed of physician that is incredibly rare. During consultations, Dr. Harris spent time going over pros and cons for wisdom teeth removal (without swaying me one way or another), and he thoroughly explained everything in terms that I could understand. Dr. Harris sees one patient at a time, and the most important patient to him is the one in front of him. Dr. Harris does not see his patients as “just another appointment,” he reaffirms the humanity of each patient under his care. There is nobody better in Western Kentucky.

Have you ever had tooth pain to the point you're sleeping up right on the couch; rarely able to sleep. Calling all around trying to find an office. You're a patient already except the wait time is 2 mths away. There's nothing to be done. Until a walk in at Smile's by Hay directed me to J Harris's office next to WKCTC. From a daunting mth of looking up ways to pull my own tooth and one more mth until my scheduled date, to having an appointment the next day. My over all experience was exceptional. I can't put into words the experience that was J Harris's. It's something you'd have to experience for yourself. From the lovely receptionist's to the helpful staff that comforted me during my extraction. Last but definitely not least Mr Harris himself. He was personable and professional in a way that's been rare for my experience. He made sure I was in the least amount of pain as possible and went above and beyond. I'm glad to say he's made a friend out of me

First off, amazing staff!!! Completely blew away by everyone. Literally from the receptionist Kayla to the techs to the dentist himself. Great experience. Hell during my consultation we talked about him playing for Bob Stoops and OU for 30 minutes. The guy knows his stuff and I was legitimately impressed by his practice.

Oh wow, where to start? I had a mouthfull of broken, bad neglected teeth. During a visit to my regular medical Dr. He looked at my dental situation and said that I needed to address my dental problems imediately. He recommended Dr. Robbie Harris III because of an emergency life threatning situation with another of his patients. He called Dr Harris’ office office and made an appointment which led to the surgical removal of all upper and one lower tooth with very good results. Thank you.

My entire visit w Dr. Harris and his staff was phenomenal!! I was provided a caring, honest, informative and thorough dental team and experience. Dr. Harris is a wonderful oral surgeon!!

I give you guys a 10 out of 10 for overall service. The nurses and receptionists were very informative and helpful dr. Harris made sure i didnt feel a thing even though i was trying to b tough. Made me feel very comfortable even the decor felt like being at home and not an office. He even called to make sure i was feeling fine after hours. Overall terrific experience!!!

All I can say is WOW!! I CAN HEAR AND FEEL BETTER than I have in 20 yrs, thanks to Dr. Harris. I have been to so many Doctors in the last 20 plus years. My first visit with Dr. HARRIS, he told me what what all was actually going on with my ears. The other Doctors would say "its fluid AGAIN". I AM SO THANKFUL I decided to go to Dr. HARRIS that day. I AM FORVER GRATEFUL for him taking his time with me and telling me what my problem was!! Its a great feeling! Thanks Dr. HARRIS

Dr. Harris is a nice guy however the work he does isnt great. I came in for implants and after completion they were uneven. His staff refused to reimburse me and now I’m stuck with uneven teeth!!!
