Dr. Robert Badrigian, DDS

Dr. Badrigian I have to say I'm a little frustrated with your office today. I called your office at 1:20pm today 7-25 to confirm my cleaning for 415pm and asked the hygienist if I could be 5-10 late so I can shower before I come, I work in a constant biohazardous work environment. The hygienist said verbatim, ' No not today, I have somewhere I need to be. Let's reschedule.' Where I responded, 'No I have a broken molar I need looked at again I will be there at 415.'Not 1 hour later she calls me back and claims a machine broke and my appointment is canceled and proceeded to tell me to contact another office for the molar.Honestly, what incentive is there to return when it looks like a personal matter to priority over clients with a 6 month out scheduled appointment. Awfully ironic equipment broke within an hour of telling me I cannot be late for my appointment. I'll trust that's the truth, but to most people that sounds like a complete LIE.

Our family relocated to Branford in 2010 & were referred to Dr. Badrigian by a local orthodontist. Since then he has treated myself, my wife and both our daughters. We have all experienced great dental care since. It is worth mentioning that his dental hygienists have been very professional and knowledgable also.
