Dr. Robert Baker, DMD

I went to Dr Baker for braces years ago, and since then I have had multiple dentists tell me that he did the worst orthotic work they’ve ever seen. When removing the brackets from my teeth, he grinded the faces of my teeth down significantly, and scratched all over them. I have had to have invisalign since, because he caused me to have an overbite, and now I also need to get bonding on my teeth to try and fix the grinding of enamel he did. STAY AWAY and go to literally anyone else for orthodontic work.

Always very friendly and positive! Made me feel better about having braces. Hannah the dog is also a great office addition.

My son got his braces off today and his teeth look beautiful!! So glad I took him where I went years ago. Thank you!!

This has been a great journey with Dr. Baker and his wonderful staff. They are all very caring. We started with one son and then added another. We are in the final stretch for both and couldn't be more happy with the care that they have received.

So going into this braces adventure I was told by many people that I was going to need mandatory jaw surgery, well thanks to these amazing orthodontists, not even a year later I no longer need jaw surgery. They did everything they could to help me not need the surgery. They all are very nice and positive people, that make each visit phenomenal! I am very glad I decided to go to the Orthodontic Group of The Finger Lakes, they helped me be more confident with my smile!

I put my three daughters through this office and was so satisfied that I chose to have braces myself. He was able to give me a beautiful smile without having to do surgery. He was also willing to work with me on payments through my flex spending. Very helpful staff too. Always upbeat and plesant group to see.

He is a wonderful Dr. with the best knowledge and experience! My husband went to his dad and had a great experience,so we decided to take our daughter there when she needed braces. She never had a problem with the work he did and his staff was awesome!!!! He is a wonderful man and would recommend his services to anyone who is in the need for an Orthodontic!!!

The staff is so friendly they make you feel welcomed and the waiting room makes you feel comfortable and relaxed and leaves you wanting to come back. Even the comfort dog is welcoming and very friendly. This isn't even my orthodontist, it's my sisters and my moms, but I wish it was. ??

Dr. Baker is an amazing Doctor! He is funny and he will always make you laugh! He treated me greatly!! I never once had a problem with him. He will always keep you well informed about what's going on with your teeth! I highly recommend you choose Dr. Baker!

As an adult (48M) with orthodontics, virtually every aspect of my experience at Dr. Baker's office has been pleasant and positive. I find Dr. Baker and his staff members to be personable, gentle, and highly communicative. On every visit, they treat me with such personalized and friendly care, that I feel like I must be their only patient. I actually look forward to my appointments. Dr. Baker has been doing this for a lifetime. His skill at moving teeth and correcting bites is obvious.

We have been going to Dr. Baker for almost a year. His staff is always friendly and very helpful. Plus they are always smiling! They make going to the orthodontist something my daughter Torianna looks forward to rather than just something she has to do. Tori says I really like Dr. Baker. His staff are really nice and fun.
