My experience with dr carroll far exceeds any dentist experience prior to him ( been with him for 10 plus years). Dr carroll is patient, explains all procedures in detail, and has always discussed costs with me in advance in addition to recommending what i should NOT do with my teeth. This is impressive in this day and age when most dentists recommend almost anything for the $$$ if you want it,,he does not, and recommends only what is best. He is honest and ethical!

He is not very honest or good with providing dentures. I was given some financial costs by Mr. Carroll (not in writing), but the actual costs controlled by his wife was a lot more than he stated. There was a problem with getting the dentures to fit properly and numerous times he told me that he would get them to fit. They literally fall out of my mouth if I do not cover the plate with oral-gel. It takes 20 minutes in and 20 out.
I know another ex patient that will not return, mislead them too.
