Does not listen to patients concerns, Tells patient has allocated time with them and doesn't do what he says, discriminates against patients and tells them he doesn't have time for them when they are there because of appointment,cancelled appointments and doesn't call patients to let them know appointment has been cancelled. Staff is very Rude, Dr. Couch is very Rude. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to see him. A disgrace to the dental profession.
