Dr. Robert Delaney, DDS

Dr Delaney & his office were unprofessional bordering on fraudulent. I was at the time on Medicaid. I went for a cleaning. They evaluated me to need a deep cleaning in 4 quadrants. I had previously had cleanings 1-3 times a year. I had never had such a poor evaluation. I scheduled a cleaning appointment & when I arrived the hygienist told me each wusdrant would have to be done in separate appointments. I wanted a justification for such a protocol & she rudely refused. I immediately got up & left. In my opinion they had a policy of milking the Medicaid system. My daughter had the same experience. Do not go to this business!Beware!

Broke permanent retainer during cleaning & then claimed it had been previously broken— it was perfectly cut with an implement. Had to have it replaced by ortho & Delaney & staff not only said it was already broken but were argumentative & unprofessional.

Dr. Delaney has been my dentist for 25 years, and I absolutely recommend him. I still dislike dental work, but Dr. Delaney understands my phobia and makes sure I am totally numb before beginning work. His dental assistants are excellent! I have never experienced any pain with my cleaning. They have also caught some potential problems and eliminated them. Oh yeah, get a bite block! It has saved me a ton of money on dental work.

Very kind. Put me at ease and felt like I was in good hands and I did have great urgent care.

Did not wear a mask when he was examining my teeth and he spit into my eye (unintentionally) while he was talking. He and his staff seemed more interested in an upcoming country concert in town than in interacting with patients about their health and ensuring a pleasant and helpful patient experience. Few years ago, hopefully things are different now.

I have been very pleased with Dr. Delaney and all of his staff! They are friendly and courteous as well as professional. I am on a very limited income and I feel that they treat me just like any other patient that comes through the door. Dr. Delaney has worked to achieve the best possible results for me in terms of the outcome and my financial abilities. I would and actually already have referred others to him for dental work!
