Dr. Robert Franklin, DMD

I had work done at Dr Franklin office the cleaning team was awesome and very good. there biggest problem is the coding payment person. She tells you what you will have to pay so I asked again this part is what I have to pay the insurance pays this she will tell you yes. So I pay my part that she said was on me then she sends in the request for payment to the Insurance and the second time it is returned because she don't use or don't know what codes need to be on the request the insurance sends it back she don't call them to get the correct way to do its she sends the bill to the you to pay and then say they will send it to collection if you don't pay. It's sad Dr Franklin has an incompetent coder that don't know how to do her job right I used Dr franklin's service twice and both time I end up paying more because she doesn't know how to do her job correctly.

I had a cleaning in April,as a follow up, and it took until August for them to bill me! I called and asked for an explanation,also asked for the cost of that cleaning and was told $107. When i went to Humana site it showed Dr Franklin's office Had billed for $149, and that ...is what's wrong with healthcare in the USA. Sorry Bobby, you gave me great service in the chair, but like every other healthcare provider it take's a team that can tell the same facts everyday and every time. Tom
