My mother had originally scheduled to see one of the female dentists at this located, she had let the front desk know during scheduling that she is only comfortable with a female. The doctor was running a bit behind so they had her see Dr.Noone (sp?). She had told him multiple times that the pain was a bit too much for her, he ignored her and told her that he was almost finished and the reason she was in pain was because it was her fault, that she had done this to herself.

Two and a half hours to get my teeth cleaned and a set of x-rays. No one knew what anyone else was doing and it honestly felt like a Twilight Zone episode. Everyone was nice enough but I've never encountered so many errors in communication amongst the staff. Will not return.
