The office was dirty and outdated. We did feel welcomed by the staff, but they talked us into doing a standard preventative dentistry procedure that they claimed our insurance would cover, and then we got a bill from them in the mail for almost $400! This was AFTER our insurance paid for $100 of it, and we only went in for routine dental work that would only cost $100 without insurance anywhere else! A total ripoff and scam. If there was an option to give zero stars I would.
