Dr. Robert Ray, DMD

I usually go to the laurel location, this time they told me to go to the Towson office. I could not get through on the phone to confirm the address, they also did not respond to my texts. I looked up the address and I drove two hours to Towson from Bowie! Only to be told by someone who work is in the office building that Dr. Rays team moved out of the glvuolding a month ago. I lost time from work, I spent money on gas and a toll road and I still have a wire poking my mouth. I’ve never had this experience with Dr. Ray and I am shocked and in disbelief. I will call the office numbers every day until I get a person to clarify what is going on.

Scheduled a future appointment through Fernando before leaving an office visit and somehow it was switched to a different office two hours away from my residence. I’ve never been to any office than the Laurel office. Reminders are sent out the day you schedule the appointment not 2-3 days before. Meaning there are no calls or text to confirm future appointment. When calling the office after hours could not leave a message due to voicemail being full. Dr. Ray is the best in Laurel. Answered and cared about questions we asked. Staff was very friendly and we didn't have to wait that long. Would definitely recommend.
