Sadly I got my braces here when I was young. Unfortunately, staff and doctor changed. Will be going somewhere else. They charge $75 for rescheduling appointment. They don’t even warn you about that charge. Warning

Office people are extremely rude especially the person named stephanie. My child's teeth actually look worse after treatment than they did before. I would recommend to go elsewhere.

I visited the office 4 months ago to have my son evaluated for braces. Dr. Rubin assessed my son and didn't explain to me the process and told me I had to see the lady that handles the Financials. At the front desk, I was called and handed a brakedown for whatever service. When I asked for what type of braces would be the charges and and what portion does the insurance cover. She became irritated with me and took on a tone that made me feel very uncomfortable. That was my first time dealing with an endodentist for a child, I didn't need to treated as though I was asking for a handout. Even though she's been in this position for a long time my son and I haven't. A little patience and respect goes a long way regardless of color, creed or social economic status.

My daughter picked up her invisalign trays yesterday. We've only visited the practise twice and each time the entire staff was warm, welcoming and helpful. Every aspect of this journey was reviewed and I haven't doubted I've made the right decision by choosing Dr Rubin's practise. Class Act ! We have just begun the process with my 8 year old son. He is extremely sensitive and fearful. I wasn't sure he would cooperate at all. Denise was amazing with him. She put him at ease, and engaged him in such a great way.. I'm very appreciative.
