This dentist was constantly trying to get more money out of me by taking a simple 6 month cleaning and turning it into major dental work, despite the X-rays showing that my teeth were in good shape. I took my x-rays (which I had to forcefully get from him) to another dentist, who said that my teeth were great, and the invisalign, deep cleaning, numerous recommended crowns and cavities were a lie. None of it was necessary! I immediately changed dentists!

My confidence always ment A lot to me I was always smiling with no worries. Growing up with just my mom doing the best she could raising 5 kids was tough we went to the dentist but that wasn't the first thing on her mind. So as a young adult I lost two some what visible teeth I now had to be careful how big my smile was or make sure no one noticed . But thanks to Dr. RUTNER he gave that BIG SMILE BACK ! I had 2 implants Done the process was painless and very fast. I couldn't be more Greatful.

Dr. Rutner is unprofessional and dishonest. He caused permanent damage to my teeth and then refused to take responsibility for his mistakes. Specifically, a significant portion of my front teeth chipped off because he took me through an Invisalign treatment I didn't need. When I complained during the Invisalign treatment he said "stick with it, it'll be fine." It wasn't fine. After the chipping occurred, he offered to refund my money but later retracted the offer.

I had a semi emergency when my cap came off! He was able to get me in in 24 hours! The cap would not easily come off so he said next time it's loose pull it out and don't push back in! Well it happened next morning and they saw me and fixed in 30 minutes! They are very good at explaining cost and options! I will continue to use him while I am living here! The staff was pleasant, caring, and professional. And in addition his office has the latest and greatest technology available. Great job
