Dr. Robert Simmons, DMD

Went in because of broken tooth he put me on antibiotics cause of abscess,went a week still hurting went back in cause of pain put me on a pack because antibiotic was working due to me being allergic to penicillin, Went back next week and had tooth pulled Dr Simmons Knows his Job he doesn't talk much but he put all his attention on the tooth that is hurting you All I can Say is He is a very Good Dentist and cares Alot about his Patience Thank You Dr Simmons For Being A Great Dentist and Helping Me with my Tooth Pain Thank You.

I was there for a consult. Only took me weeks to get a call back. Not sure what’s going on but looks like no one is there to answer phones. I have gone to Dr Simmons for years but looks as if he needs to change the way he treats his employees and maybe he could run a business. I will be looking for a new dentist

Miss diagnosis. Terrible customer service. All he wanted to talk about is how he don’t have a “woman” to hold him down. Would not recommend!

I saw Dr. Simmons for my consultation about getting dentures and he was very nice and personable. His staff were very friendly and helpful. I look forward to working with Dr. Simmons and his staff to get my smile back.

I found Dr. Simmons to be a very good dentist, however the same can not be said of all of his staff. The young lady who took care of my bill filed it under the wrong name and birthdate. My insurance did not pay immediately until it was cleared up. At that time I notified billing that i was over charged $67 dollars according to my claim. They told me they had not been paid by my insurance company yet. However, when looking at my claim online they had been paid 3 days prior to that conversation.

Dr Simmons is awesome! He restored my smile and I will forever be grateful! He did a wonderful job. He has an excellent staff and all are very professional. Thank you, Dr.Simmons, my smile looks wonderful!
