I first have to admit that Dr. Spaulding is clearly a knowledgeable man but the person who works the front desk and along side him during exams was much more pleasant than he was. I came in as a new patient and hoping to take care of a couple teeth that were becoming increasingly more sensitive due to the cavities they had. My mouth was in pretty bad shape and I already knew that going in. I was reminded of that fact several times throughout the short visit and he ultimately came across as dismissive and uninterested. Overall, I would share a lot more about my experience, but in the end, he was just very dismissive and no part of me felt encouraged to come back to him. I need several thousand dollars worth of work done and having finally raised the money, I'll be going to someone else. This is just my experience and I'm sure others have had a pleasant experience, but he is definitely a very dismissive man.

Dr. Robert Spaulding is so Amazing. He repaired my son's front chipped tooth that he broke off over the weekend. I still cant believe he did this over the weekend. Its nice to know that hes there when you are having an emergency.

Doctor Spaulding is so wonderful and he is so easy to talk to. I really like how he takes his time with me. My treatment is always pain free.

Dr. S is the best. His hygienist is always very thorough and lovely. I Refuse to go anywhere else even though I don't live in Chico anymore.
