I have been a patient of Dr. Robin Birns for over 30 years, and I cannot speak highly enough of her exceptional care. Before Dr. Birns, I was a patient of her father-in-law, and the tradition of excellent dental care has certainly continued with her and her husband.Dr. Birns is not only a highly skilled professional but also a genuinely lovely and kind person. Her warm demeanor and gentle approach make every visit a pleasant experience. I have never experienced any pain during my treatments, which speaks volumes about her expertise and the care she takes with her patients.Her office is always welcoming, and the staff is friendly and attentive. It was my first visit, they told me they couldn't do a cleaning on first visit, but they would do x-rays and a consult. They did my x-rays and barely said five words to me before kicking me out of the room and charging me a copay. When I asked about what they saw on my x-rays, she tells me oh, I'm going to look now and I'll tell you when you schedule a cleaning... Like you guys charged me for a consult and x-rays and I most certainly didn't get the consult at all. Do not come here. They still use fluoride mouthwash for God's sake. Very outdated office. It's 2021.

worst experience I ever had had an appointment, because of a tooth ache, will i will there they rescheduled by appointment for 30 days after, because they were to busy to verify my insurance

I can't thank Dr. Robin Birns enough for the beautiful new smile she created using lumineers. She truly made a difference in my life. I am looking forward to placing additional lumineers on my lower teeth.
