Dr. Robin Lents, DDS

Stood outside in the hot sun with 4 other families waiting to get in after they closed for lunch. Our appointment was 2:00, and we waited until after 3 to go back. Hygenist was rude to my child about doing xrays. She said "he can't do it." I said, of course he can do it, I will go back with him. She said "fine"rudely. The decor was cute, but the hygenist and the dentist were extremely surly. I would not want to bring my pet here, much less my child. Never again. Robin Lents was not kind at all.

Dishonest. Dentist is not friendly. Rather than trying Novocaine first, a mixture with Demerol was given then nitrous oxygen on my 8 yr old. They specifically said they can't because they could need to reschedule if sedation was needed and would lose out on a sedation appointment. Obviously they are more concerned with money than patient care and safety. Also performed unnecessary dental work. They tried forcing me to wait in the waiting room for my child.. DO NOT GO HERE

Dr. Lents provides terrific care for my three children. She and her staff are friendly and patient. I appreciate the time Dr. Lents spends explaining the procedures my children need and she is very willing to answer any questions I have. I would definitely recommend Dr. Lents to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist.

They would not allow me to come back with my daughter while she was having nitrous gas with two fillings.

I took my 2 year old to see Dr. Lents for his very first dental visit. I never made it back to the examining room. We were a first of many appoint. right after their lunch break, and we waited 2 and a half hours before I finally took my child and left. They finally told me as I was walking out the door that they had problems billing my husbands insurance and that is why there was a delay. Which I had already asked before I made the appoint. if they took his insurance so I dont understand that
