Thoughtful, transparent.
Understood my reticence to ‘pile on’ work. After years of this and that; enough to buy a good used car! Plus took my age into account; all about ROI here at the winter of my life.

Recommended 4 unnecessary crowns
I saw Dr. McCalla May 2021 at Coast Dental Sprayberry for a check up. I was told I needed 4 crowns. I was shocked because I wasn't in any pain and I've always kept regular appointments, except during COVID. Regretfully, I allowed the Doctor to start with 1 crown. She drilled my tooth away and then had the tech do the fitting for the temporary crown. The tech had trouble and had to do the mold twice. Within 24 hours I was in the worst pain of my life. I went back to Coast prior to my permanent crown arriving due to the pain I was experiencing. They took an X-ray and said it wasn't sitting correctly. This time McCalla did the temporary. After the permanent crown was placed I was still in extreme pain and ended up needing root canal. I believe I developed an infection from their work. I never returned for the other 3 crowns she said I needed. Since this happened I've been to 2 different dentist and had full X-rays completed and of course neither has said I needed any crowns.

Was examined by her at Olde Mill Family Dental a few years ago. I had no pain, no issues, she recommended THOUSANDS of dollars of work. Went back to my regular dentist (in Midtown Atlanta) a few months later had a full checkup and he said "looks great, see you in six months!" Beware.

Dr Mccalla destroyed my daughters front teeth! She told me she needed 4 crowns on her front top teeth! When she was done, my daughters teeth looked like chicklet gum squares! Her teeth made her side profile look like she had buck teeth. She refused to smile. It was so sad. Then she left the office before I could say anything to her! Her partner, thank God fixed my daughters teeth for free. Do not go to her!!!

Dr. Robyn McCalla caused a dental condition not following a previous reputable dentist's dental plan. I suffer now from failing crowns and a metal implant which all continue to dislodge and fall-out of my mouth, some teeth twice. Dr. McCalla no longer works for Olde Mill Family Dental, Marietta, GA. I do not recommend Dr. Robyn McCalla.

I've been a patient of Dr. McCalla's for over a year. To put it nicely I had a "failing smile". Dr. McCalla was friendly, professional and put me at ease. Root canals and crowns were fast and painless. My teeth look better now than they have ever looked.

I saw her at Dental Home for a cleaning. I had them cleaned two months earlier, but I had a coupon that was about to expire so I figured why not. When I walked in she and her staff were watching a soap opera on TV. Otherwise, the office was empty. Without going into detail, my experience was that she was untrustworthy. It was more like a visit to a car lot than a professional office. She wanted to do about $3,000 of work, none of which was recommended by my regular dentist. When I went ba
