Dr. Rodney Lofton, DDS

Dr. Lofton removed amalgam fillings for my wife and myself. My company's dental insurance covered a good % of the cost and I felt overall there was a good value on cost. If you are thinking of removing your amalgams, do it. Do not procrastinate. There is no safe amount of heavy metals in your body. Please research this independently. I researched the methods he follows and feel he is careful and follows safe protocols for doing this. Dr. Lofton's practice is very well run and efficient; the left hand and right hand are on the same page and in sync. Making an appointment and follow-up was a breeze with no drama. Dr. Lofton is an excellent listener to your dental health goals/issues and is direct but compassionate in the feedback he gives. He has a good sense of humor. We traveled from out of town for this and I wish we lived closer so Dr. Lofton could be our primary dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Lofton.

Dr Lofton was excellent, very friendly, knowledgeable, listened to all I needed to say, and explained everything thoroughly in ways I could understand. I recommend with caution, as his office staff does not return phone calls. I called repeatedly trying to make an appointment for an infected tooth, but they never called back. After a month of calling, I finally switched to another excellent dentist.
