Went in with the need of a filling. Ended up with an infection and the need of two root canals . He tried pulling out my retainer I’ve had for 25 years. Much pain and unnecessary hole drilled in my tooth with excruciating pain. He should have to pay for my root canals .. complete evil

Condescending complete liar probably by far the worst dentist in dentistry. I wouldn’t take anyone to this dentist. You’d be better off doing it on your own.

Did not numb properly. Held me down. Then just pulled the tooth straight out, despite my obvious discomfort and serious pain.

DO NOT GO HERE!! You would literally be better off doing your own dental work! They were friendly (fake) but everything was rushed and nothing was done properly. My face was bruised for almost 2 weeks after I had dental work. Now I'm looking for a new dentist to fix the problems he caused. PLEASE DON'T GO HERE!!! They wrecked my teeth!

They where very helpful I had three teeth pulled no pain at all

I went to him once years ago because he was the only dentist that I could get into quick. I ended up in a lot of pain and had to go to a different dentist to fix everything he did.

Absolutely horrible. Never in my life have I had so many issues following dental work. Had to have 2 teeth pulled after he failed to due proper root canals and my teeth cracked in half. Now I'm trying to find some one to repair all the other damage he did. Along with pulling one of my teeth out while I wasn't numb and then told me it was my imagination that it didn't really hurt I was just nervous. Hope they revoke his dental license.

My poor daughters teeth have been hurting since her appointment when he filled her teeth, a month ago. Will not go back.

I can’t begin to tell you how bad my experience was here. Traumatized all my kids, spoke to my wife with total disrespect. I had a tooth pulled and have suffered from jaw pain on the other side for over two years later. The teeth he has filled look horrible and often times the fillings have fallen out. No hygienist on duty so he cleans your teeth with the equivalent of an oral b and then half heartedly flosses them yet bills your ins for a total cleaning.

Unbelievably bad! Told us my 6 year old had 8 cavities and filled them in 10 min without even drilling out the bad. Did a root canal on my wife in 15min and the next day tge tooth fell apart. Accused my PREGNANT wife of being a junkie....shes not! Extremely rude, judgemental, and talks to you like you are stupid.

Rude, oppinionated, thinks he knows everything, yet it took two appointments for me to get the root canal I already knew I needed, when he could have just done it the first one. Trying to push me to make more appointments for extractions, when could have been done at the same time in ONE appointment, but he was "so busy". Funny that I was there for an hour, and no other patients arrived, nor left, and there was only ONE other car in the lot, belonging to the receptionist!

If I could he would get no stars. He was rud to me and talk to me like I was stupid. Then he pulled 2 of my teeth and gave me a shot to numb me. Then instead of waiting for it to kick in so I won't feel it. He went and pulled it. He also left some of both teeth and went I said something. He told me well that how it post to be. Then told me I need 2 crown but had to pay $1600 for both up front cause my insurance wont pay for it. When I called and ask my insurance they told me ya we pay for them.

He is a scam artist that’s all there is to it drilled 8 holes in my teeth hat didn’t have cavities and infected my whole mouth with dirty tools. I had to go to a real dentist and get put on antibiotics. I was supposed to get 6 more filled but the real dentist told me I didn’t have any. Stay away!!!

The worst dentist ever. Terrible. Needs to be out of business. Please don’t go to him.

He told me that I needed a crown and that my insurance wouldn't pay for it. Wanted to charge me over $800. cash. I went to another dentist and my insurance paid for it with no problem whatsoever. This guy is a scam artist. No wonder his office is always empty. Me and my family won't be returning to this quack.

I saw Dr. Parsell today for the first time and I will definitely NOT be going back. He skipped all of the important steps in the cleaning process and all he did was polish my teeth and send me on my way. He pushed really hard on my gum line while polishing my teeth and hours later my mouth is extremely sore. I expressed concern that my one and only filling I've ever had is cracked and he told me not to worry about it. He told me that people's teeth crack as they age and just to ignore it. Awful.

As honest and straight forward of a dentist that you will find. Great dentist with out the frills and trying to sell you more than you need. The working man's kind of dentist.

I would give him no stars if I could. I recently had a wisdom tooth and broken tooth pulled. Well I should say mercilessly cut and pryed out. He shredded the inside of my cheek, left pieces of tooth in my mouth, and almost dislocated my jaw trying to get under my wisdom tooth. I then called him the next day to tell him that I was having an allergic reaction to the pain medicine he prescribed me but no one answered so I had to leave a message which no one has returned my call. DO NOT SEE HIM!

After seeing Dr. Parsell for 2 years, I switched dental practices. I have to have 5 fillings refilled, and a root canal redone, because instead of putting a permanent filling in within the 2 weeks like he was supposed to, he left me with a temporary filling that now has to be completely redone. Did I mention that I Didn't even know I was getting a root canal until I went home & searched it. He was very rude to my kids too. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone. I am surprised he is still around

Went in for 5 fillings.. he took X-ray's and just did my fillings. Told him my teeth hurt and he said its not from cavities. I needed a root canal. Took him 10 mins to fill all my teeth. Didn't rinse my mouth. And the next day my teeth still hurt. I believe he filled the wrong ones! My teeth hurt worse now! He was very unprofessional.
