Never Come To This “Doctor”
Terrible!!!! Never ever!!! Please go somewhere else if you love yourselves!!!! Everything what Dr Tran did was sooo bad. I had to go to another doctor and he had to fix everything after Dr Tran’s art. ($10.000). I was asking for a refund and they were asking me to sign papers that I will never complain or write anything bad about my experience at this office. Absolutely crazy office with greedy people. DON’T GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If at all possible, AVOID Dr. Roger Tran on Pomerado Rd. (A+Family Dentistry). Office manager Jennifer is unethical. They'll tell you that you have cavities you never had. Once you prepay for a procedure and decide to cancel, they never refund your payment, even though work was not done. They gave us an estimate for a procedure, got it done, then they asked for more money saying that they did not charge us enough. Bunch of crooks!!!

Everything what he did had to be redone by other specialists. This doctor is not professional and he doesn’t care about the final result. He wants to offer as many services as possible but he is not good enough to perform on a good level ( at least). DO NOT GO THERE!

He lacks perfectionism in his dental work: his work is suitable only for the people of 'third world' where the basic health care is absent.
