I had a lot of unforseen circumstances and broke 5 appointments with several hour notice in 2 year period. I even paid the $25 for missing. They wanted charge me reschedule full price and than submit to my insurance for reimbursement. I told them I would not be returning and they still had send me a letter telling me they would not see me as patient again. There are many other dentists out there with more respect and empathy. And without a rude front desk.
