The receptionist/assistant is snippy. The room you're placed in is shared with other patients, divided by a small wall. For my cleaning, the r/a cut me up & caused bruising that lasted days. The dentist came in, & without so much as looking me in the eye, stuck his hands in my mouth & then left. I called a couple of weeks later to get a copy of my x-rays & was told I have no idea who you are. I do not have a file for you. So unprofessional.
